Flying High with the West Coast Eagles

Another West Coast hero

Mrs Griffith was driving on Toodyay Rd, Gidgegannup, in July when her car skidded off the road, rolled down a hill and smashed into four trees.

Her pelvis was broken in five places, both arms and her jaw were broken and a lung was punctured.

Tammie courageously ran up the hill and down the middle of the busy road to attract attention.

The terrier, who stood out in a West Coast Eagles dog coat, led passers-by to Mrs Griffith before emergency authorities were called.

Yet another West Coast Eagles hero. It’s true, our fans really do come in all shapes and sizes. I wonder if Tammie the terrier will be invited to training to inspire the boys in the coming season?

Blue and gold hats off to you our four legged friend.
